Still in bed at 11am and I don’t even feel guilty. :)
Last nights dream is still playing on my mind. Not really the dream itself, but one really loud distinctive noise. I don’t know if I actually heard the noise from outside and incorporated it into my dream subconciously or if I just dreamt it. It was just such a strange vivid sound though and I remember in my dream thinking that the sound wasn’t right for what my dream explained it to be. I’ve never had a dream like that before. I don’t normally hear sounds when I dream and if I do its generally conversations because I’ve left the radio on. But this sound didn’t fit at all. It was so all of a sudden.
It was an intense sound. At first like a really low flying aeroplane, that loud jet engine noise, followed by a really loud crash and bang. But there was a metallic sound in the crash. Like dropping a box of nails. It was so distinctive and like nothing I’ve heard before.
I don’t know why it is bothering me so much. I know dreams are just chemical reactions and they don’t mean anything.
This one has just freaked me out. Only because I really think the sound was real, and I’m a bit scared of what it was.
Casually wearing these badboys to work today. Supercool. (Taken with Instagram)
